Research on OBS Data Processing Method

　　In order to testify the feasibility of using OBS technique to explore deep water gas-hydrate resource,we do some research on the processing method of the South China Seas multi-component OBS data.We use the wave equation datuming method to correct the shots to the horizontal plane which the OBS lies on,use the PP and PS wavefield decomposition method to eliminate the PS wave in the vertical component and PP wave in the horizontal component,use the horizontal components rotation technique to make the horizontal components energy of each shot the maximum,use the prestack migration technique to image the multiples of the OBS data.The reflection blank zone of the final migration section which is an important sign of the gas-hydrates existing is very obvious.So we can conclude that the deep water OBS prospecting technique is effective and maybe become one of the main tools to explore gas-hydrate in the future.
