Two-dimensional Forward Modeling of the Tunnel Lining Disease GPR Wave Field Characteristics
Ground penetrating radar (GPR),as a nondestructive, highly efficient detection equipment with strong anti-interference ability, can continuously scan the tunnel lining,real-time obtain the radar wave characteristics, quickly and easily detect the actual situation of the tunnel lining. So,mastering the GPR wave field characteristics of a variety of common diseases in the tunnel lining has important significance to process and interpret the radar data of the tunnel lining detection. This paper simulates the disease in the tunnel lining, such as disengaging, segregation and reinforced deletion by GprMax software based on the finite-difference time domain method and, then by comparing and analyzing the wave field characteristics of various diseases, summarize the law of these diseases in the radar profile, and finally provides the basis for the interpretation of GPR data.Comparing the radar wave field characteristics of measured and modeling proves the correctness and validity of forward modeling of the tunnel lining diseases by the finite-difference time domain method.
