CUEL Positioning Technique in Nondestructive Testing of the Large Concrete Component

  In the process of adopting the ultrasonic method to detect the internal defects of large concrete component and the quality problems of it,due to the large volume of concrete component,and the special circumstances,the mutual position of source point and receiving point is generally hard assurance.Aim at this problem,by repetitious experiment research,the paper first puts forward the calculation unit of errors least (CUEL) and its optimization and evaluation method.Using the arrival time of ultrasonic wave and 3 points position calculation equation,it has been designed to quickly positioning technique of nondestructive testing of large concrete component.Test results of concrete model show that the average error of receiving points is just only 1.8%.The technique can improve availably the accuracy of positioning,and needs not a great deal of artificial lineation measures.Concrete nondestructive testing and positioning are synchronously completed.The technique is simple,high efficiency,and worth generalizing and applying.
