Study on Travel Time Reliability of Military Transportation Network

摘要：

　　Understanding of the travel time reliability of military transportation network between two points could reduce supply break of military material and increase the anti-damage ability.This paper presents a methodology of evaluating the road reliability under military attack.The travel time reliability function of military transportation network is established and the involved algorithms are suggested.The method provides a new approach to study how to improve the Mission Capable Rate (MCR).Besides,it may be useful for the commanders to make appropriate decisions.
