Weibull Distributed TSDS Analysis of Aeroengine Burner Inner-Liner Using Bi-Variant LFP Method
Reliability design of an aeroengine burner inner-liner is carried out using a bi-variant Lagrange factor polynomial approach.Thermal stress-dependent strength is represented by a discrete random variable that has different conditional probability mean functions under different thermal stress amplitudes.Then the LFP technique is developed to generate the stress-strength interference model with thermal stressdependent strength.System reliabilities are computed under three operation modes of the aeroengine.As the structural reliability using GH3039 alloy is much higher than that using GH3030 alloy,it is selected in the part design of the burner inner-liner.
