Equipment Maintenance Decision-Making Research Based Improved RCM Analysis

　　In the reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) method,maintenance policies are made not only by analyzing failure mode but also considering the relationships of performance,economic and maintenance policy.RCM has been becoming a preferred popular maintenance analysis method for complex system.Traditional RCM lacks quantificational facility on importance analysis,technical state estimation and maintenance policy,which reduces the efficiency and accuracy of maintenance analysis.This paper introduces traditional RCM analysis method,analyzes the existing problem and an improved RCM analysis method is proposed.Decision-making of maintenance policy for a frame of armament equipment depot-level is established,which provides scientific foundation for the establishment of depot-level maintenance policy decision-making.
