Modeling and Optimization of Consumed Maintenance Resources Dynamic Allocation in Multi-Echelon Support System

  Maintenance resources are the important part of the equipment support system and essential for the equipment maintenance.Maintenance resources can be classified into consumed resources and occupied resources.To effectively handle the consumed resources inventory control,a series of inventory models for consumed resources in a multi-echelon support system were proposed,which includes stock dynamic allocation model and optimization model.The optimization mode was solved by a marginal analysis method,which can provide us an optimal scheme by the iterative calculation of marginal analysis.A numerical example of the spare parts is presented to illustrate the results of using the proposed methods,which can provide an effective theoretic sustentation for maintenance support decision-maker.
