The Storage Life Prediction and Simulation System Development of Solid Rocket Motor

  Aiming at the atrocious storage environment of missile solid rocket motor,especially the higher requirement for structural reliability,based on the modified Arrhenius and GMBP methods,the solid rocket motor life prediction principle was proposed.Using these methods,the engine life estimate and the propulsion system store life prediction model were founded.The modified Arrhenius method suits the requirement of accelerated test better and the GM-BP combination prediction model colligates the advantages of the gray theory and nerve net.At last,the life prediction software system was developed,and a simulation example was given,which can show the effective of prediction model.Accord to results,engineers can find the potential trouble model and make right maintenance plan,in order to raise the storage reliability and extend its storage life and so on.
