Research on Contractor Support Delay Time

摘要：

　　Equipment contractor support is the innovative practice and urgent requirement to promote new-type equipment forming operational and support capability.The support delay time is a significant discrimination between contractor support and Army support.As concerned breach of contract problem,the paper will take research on three kinds of support delay time: non-repair parts supply delay time,personnel delay time,facility and equipment delay time and breach of contract delay time.
