Research on Strengthening The Construction of Equipment Contractor Support

摘要：

　　To study the problem that military equipment support resources cannot meet the demand,the conception and significance of equipment contractor support are Clarified,and the actuality of the equipment contractor support is analyzed from six aspects: ideology and conception,theoretical research,policy and law,support resources,market environment,and management competence.Farther more,the countermeasures of the construction of equipment contractor support are brought forward.Provides some references for the implementation of the equipment contractor support;accordingly enhances the support competence and battle effectiveness.
