Research on Civil-Military Integrated Weapon Materiel Support Mechanism

摘要：

　　Through integrated analysis to the weapon materiel support elements of information flow,material flow,personnel flow and capital flow,this paper formed the civil-military integrated weapon materiel support system based on network and information.Civil-military integrated weapon materiel support operation mechanism is established through the aspects of management operation,support mobilization,quality supervision,market competition,regulations and standards and safety insurance,which provide powerful motive force and reliable guarantee for the improvement of civil-military integrated weapon materiel support.
