On Food Safety System Construction from The Perspective of Supply Chain

摘要：

　　Food safety has been a hot topic of global focus.In this paper,we concentrate on food safety from the perspective of supply chain.To do this,we develop a mechanism combining government,industries and society together,and we show that such a structure provides an available approach to improving food safety in China.
