STUDY ON THE PREPARATION AND PERFORMANCE OF CROSS-LINKED HYALURONIC ACID RELEASE CARRIER
Hyaluronan (HA) is a kind of suitable drug carrier,but HA in polar medium is not stable.In this paper,in ethanol (non-polar),the toxicity and degradability of cross-linked HA derivatives with STMP and DVS were researched,to prepare cross-linked HA microspheres by ultrasonic emulsification.The results demonstrated that HA-STMP products had better biocompatibility and resistance to degradation,the morphology of HA-STMP microspheres was better,the particle size distribution of microspheres was 50nm-lOum.Therefore,the best preparation circuit is optimized,HA-STMP nano-microspheres of ideal drug carrier have been prepared successfully.
