The Simulation of Acquisition and Reconstruction for Compressed Sensing MRI

  This paper gives a simulation of data acquisition and image reconstruction on compressed sensing MRI.The application conditions of CS in MRI have been discussed.We compare the quality of reconstructed image for different random undersampling trajectories.variable-density sampling scheme is a better choice for 1D ‘random’ undersampling to realize in hardware.The influences of L1 penalty constant on the reconstruction speed and error are also analyzed.A better image is get with a smaller penalty constant.
