A Human Model of Risk Factor for Chronic Disease with a Neural Network
Hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,stroke and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) are some chronic disease to pose a grave threat to human health.The best approach to control the chronic diseases is to control risk factor to induce these diseases.In the paper,it tries to design a control strategy of risk factor for personal using control theory based on individual health state,to implement the aim of personal preventive medicine.The states of human body system are divided into health,risk and disease,the parameters of identified the state are blood pressure,blood glucose,heart rate,blood fat,BMI and FEV1/ FVC,and limits of the states are from the guidelines of these chronic diseases in China.The state control system of risk factor is a feedback system including in human body system,binary controller,comparator and guidelines,and be designed a risk factor control software (RFCS) to help physician to implement the works.With 19 volunteers’ application,RECS is proved efficacious to chronic disease prevention and treatment in the community.
