Discussions on how to cite scientific datasets

摘要：

This paper discussed issues about how to cite scientific datasets, including the requirements, elements and the placement of the dataset citation, which will guide users to cite scientific datasets more easily and conveniently, so that anyone viewing the publications will be able to locate the dataset and vice versa.
