Based on the biblio-metrics method, this paper retrieval and statistical the papers of digital library service model in 2001-2011.Analysis he time distribution of the papers, journals distribution, papers co-author of the agency distribution, the paper fund support.Through keyword statistics we know that digital library service model concentrated in the information services, knowledge services, reference services, personalized services.
