Research of the Construction of Cloud Platform for Digital Publishing of Jiangsu Province

摘要：

In this paper, the cloud platform for digital publishing of Jiangsu province has been constructed based on the theory of value network for the purpose of developing the digital culture industry of Jiangsu province. The value and predictive analysis of the platform were also discussed in this paper combining the strategies of culture, economic and talents of Jiangsu province.
