The Distribution of Large Scientific Instrumentation Resource and Its Shared Use Efficient
This article offers two kinds of balance measure on the distribution of large scientific instrumentation resource using the coefficient of variation and Gini coefficient based on the national survey of large scientific instrumentation resource. We found the relationship between the spatial distributions, the specialty distributions and shared-use efficient which will contribute to the evidence-based science policy making and the science of science policy.
