Improving & Promoting of Sci-tech Literature Construction and Sharing Platform

摘要：

On the basis of the practice, the paper analyzes the mainly problems of S&T literature platform construction from the following aspects: constructing the S&T literature resource coordination mechanism, following the unified standard, specifications, and protocols, building the digital retrieve database, determining the unified and efficient digital literature retrieval methods, the unified retrieval of heterogeneous databases. The paper presents improving and perfecting ways to it,so that further promotes fully sharing of S&T literature resources in China.
