Sharing Science and Technology Information in China-Japan-Korea Based-on DOI-related System

摘要：

In order to promote international sharing-resource and research collaboration among Asian countries, providing one-stop access to relevant science and technology related information in the region is vital important. A couple of years ago, under the MOU, ISTIC (China), JST (Japan) and KISTI (Korea), 3 national institutes established a long-term cooperation mechanism based on their respective DOI-related system. This article focuses on describing overview of existing DOI systems in 3 countries, which are respectively being run by ISTIC, JST and KISTI, introduces our progress in research cooperation so far. To expand sharing-resource, this paper presents a framework for the future cooperation by adopting cloud services.
