Influence of cloud database on CRM

摘要：

With the limitation of the traditional database on CRM gradually highlighting, it becomes imperative that points out the importance of cloud database on CRM. This paper demonstrates the technology advantage of cloud database compared to traditional database, analyzes the characteristics of cloud database and the problems it solved on CRM, states the relationship between cloud database and CRM and finally discusses the current development situation and prospects of cloud database.
