Scientific research non-equilibrium of the Guilin area viewed from Sci-tech project novelty statistics
Using statistic data of the novelty evaluation subjects from 2005 to 2010, carried out by the Novelty Evaluation Center of Guilin Library, this paper analyzes scientific research non-equilibrium of the Guilin area, regarding its geographical distribution, academic type, level of scientific research and other aspects.Accordingly, the author proposed that research projects need to keep up with the forefront of international research and pay attention to basic research projects.The scientific research institutes in Guilin can strength to drive the development of the surrounding counties and use the important roles of Novelty in research activities.
