Development of Open Access in China and Academic Digital Information Resources Open Access Strategy

摘要：

Investigation on the status of domestic open-access research progress. Then selecting the SWOT model as analysis tool, the paper analyzed the main internal strengthens, weaknesses together with external opportunities and threats during the progress of academic digital information resources open access road of China. Then based on a systematic view, matches up all the factors together and puts forward China’s academic digital information resources open access strategy.
