Calculation of toughness fracture and its scatter with the ASME reference curve

摘要：

Based on the parameter reference nil-ductility transition temperature RT NDT,statistical analysis of plane-strain static initiation toughness, Kic, and plane-stain crack-arrest toughness, Kia, with 3parameter weibull distribution and lognormal distribution respectively. Finally, a new statistical model of RPV steel fracture toughness is provided.
