On-line monitoring method for centrifugal compressor and impeller remanufacturing

摘要：

Through the methods, principles and available ranges of centrifugal compressor on-line monitoring to be reviewed and analyzed, the characteristics how an abnormal operation is detected immediately and soon afterwards a fault diagnosis is made by on-line monitoring methods are elucidated for a centrifugal compressor. Therefore, the feasibility topredict the damage of centrifugal compressor impeller is discussed by some on-line monitoring methods in order to support the manufacturing or active remanufacturing of centrifugal compressor impeller.
