Research on the Realization Ways of Basic Public Service Equalization in Chinas Urbanization Process

In the urbanization process of China, there is a huge difference in access to basic public services resources between the foreign population into the cities and urban residents, which triggered the dual separated between different groups in urban society. The contradiction between urban population import and the carrying capacity of urban public resources is the underlying causes of social contradictions. Chinas household registration system solidified the citys dual structure and caused a series of social contradictions. Promoting the equalization of basic public services and alleviating the social contradictions in urban have posed a challenge to Chinas urban public services resource supply system. Reforming Chinas public finance system to maintain the dynamic balance between the expansion of urban population and urban public carrying capacity of resources is the main strategy for Chinese government to promote the basic public service equalization.
