Study on Governance Structure of the Third Sectors Legal Person

摘要：

Legal person governance structure is the basis of the third sector. It will influence directly organizational cohesion, run efficiency and sustainable development. Legal person governance structure has member of congress, board of directors, board of supervisors, chairman meetings and secretary-general meetings. By literature study, case study, in-depth interviews and participant observation, through analysis the legal person of third sectors structure, we find some problems, such as not standardized norms, inflexible structure, and unscientific decision-making, to some extent, it led to bad run performance and social influence. The paper will have some conclusion, internal governance and external supervisor are key variables.
