A Study on Behavior of Network Group Using Qualitative Simulation Based on QSIM Algorithm in the Context of Public Crisis
In this paper, by using the QSIM algorithm, qualitative simulation is applied to study the behavior of network group in the context of public crisis. A qualitative representation of the characteristics of network group behavior and the interaction was designed, and this paper presented the concept of decision variables and state variables, the state transition rules and the steps of algorithm. Finally, the behavior change process of the network group was studied by qualitative simulation, which demonstrated that the qualitative simulation method can explain or predict the behavior change process of network group, and it has provided a new perspective for qualitative research on network group, which is also a useful attempt for public crisis management to develop from qualitative research to quantitative research.
