Research of Relative City Social Risk and Its Evaluation Mechanism

摘要：

According to the characteristics of administrative organizations, local governments behavior and effectiveness of risk management, assessment of relative city social risk provides new ideas for risk management of the government. It is developed between a single client and more parallel agents, when the agents who engage in similar work face the same or similar uncertain situation, client evaluates them by comparison of the relative risk, thus increasing the accuracy and the excitation intensity. In the view of systematic theory, the article constructs the evaluation index system, uses catastrophic model as assessment model, dissolves assessment results deviation caused by subjectively setting weight. In addition, this paper also try to put forward the early warning mechanism of relative social risk.
