Analysis on Network Public Opinion Factors and Government Guiding Strategy in Public Crisis Events in China

摘要：

It can be seen that not all public crisis events could produces a lot of network public opinion. The gestation and fluctuation of network public opinion are affected by a series of objective factors and participation subjects. This paper argues that these factors contain four aspects: the attributes of events, netizens power, the attention of news media, and the response actions of government, the 7.23 train accident bring profound enlightenment about network opinion guide and response in crisis for Chinese government. In this paper, we put The above four factors in the case to analyse and get the conclusion. Finally, put forward the effective strategies for guiding the network public opinion for the crisis management departments of government.
