Analysis on the Evolution Mechanism of Mass Emergency Network Opinion

With the development of the network society, the actual mass emergency can easily form network opinion through the Internet, and pose serious challenges to the governments response to mass emergency. In order to improve the governments response ability to mass emergency under the new situation, it is necessary to clear the evolution mechanism of network opinion in mass emergency. The evolution of network opinion in mass emergency includes such four stages as the formation, diffusion, outbreak and ending. The network opinion is dynamic in the whole process of mass emergency. At different stages, the coding, Abstract ion and diffusion dimension of network opinion also shows different characteristics. The initiation, driving, alteration and resistance mechanism of network opinion respectively plays a leading role in the formation, diffusion, outbreak and ending stage.
