BRICS Public Administration: Challenges and Responses

摘要：

In the global financial crisis, BRICS take the lead in realizing the economic recovery. At the same time, in recent years, BRICS whole rise has advanced them to play an increasingly important role in the international arena. However, in regard to this international mechanisms further development in the long run, BRICS should be rational to see their own problems and restricting factors: Market failure, social contradiction was highlighted, natural disaster and social contingencies increased dramatically, the government administrative ethics were in the anomy. Facing the challenge, in their public administration, BRICS should strengthen their government macro control, innovate the social management, highlight the importance of crisis management, pay more attention to their administrative ethic construction. In the coping process, they should establish the international cooperation mechanism in public administration.
