Review on Chinese Local Government Executive Ability Since 2005

摘要：

Executive ability which is the vitality of the local government, has been widespread concerned in theoretical and practical world. Based on the current researches, some specific issues have been gained explored widely, for example, what is local government executive ability, what situation it faces with and what is the causes, and how to assess and strengthen the executive ability of local government. However, a further research should also be done on other issues such as research basis and methods.
