Studying the Tourist Satisfaction of Convention & Exhibition Based on Structural Equation Modeling—Evidence from 2010 Shanghai Expo
Depending on the theories of service quality and tourist satisfaction and convention & exhibition management, this study constructs a structural equation model, the data of which was collected from 2010 shanghai expo and assessed & analyzed. The relationships between basic & facility & service condition, tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty were examined. The results show that there are significant positive correlations between basic, facility and service conditions; As to basic condition, visitors pay great attention to food & beverage and retail stores; As to facility condition, visitors are most concerned about layout design and modern facility; As to service condition, visitors are very concerned about congestion degree and service expertise; the influence of service conditions upon tourist satisfaction is more than that of facility condition. All of these information can give reference to relevant managers and researchers.
