The Application of Contract Idea in the Process of the Non-administration of Chinese Universities

With the deepening of higher education reform, the topic on whether universities should remove administration, ways of being non-administration, and the obstacles, path choice becomes a great contention at the moment. Faced with the former debate and question on the non-administration of universities, this article made argument on the necessity and feasibility of the non-administration of Chinese universities. In addition, it puts forward a new idea called Contract Idea to solve problems about the administration of government management in colleges and universities and university internal management.
