The Local Government Cooperative Behavior Analysis of Western China Economic Growth Mode Transformation

摘要：

With the substantial support to western construction from central governments strategy and funds, especially during more than ten years in great development of western regions, this area has made remarkable achievements such as total output value, transportation, water, electricity and other infrastructures. However, the exogenous type of economic growth pattern brings negative effect on the future development of western economic development. For instance, the lack of their own improvement of development level leads to low degree of industrialization and against to long-term sustainable development. The problem of western regions economic development and difference of the internal development level make governments cooperation necessary and possible. This paper aims to explain the necessity of governments cooperation based on the problem of western regions economic development and put forward some suggestions to make governments cooperation effective.
