Research on the Government Supervision and Management in Public Rental Housing Construction-Chongqing
Developing public rental housing and providing the basic housing security for housing difficulties of urban low-income families, new employees and migrant workers have an important significance in improving housing security system, achieving the goal that each family owes a house to live in and promoting economic development steadily. In the construction of the system, Chongqing has made a positive exploration and beneficial practice. However, the public rental housing system in China is still in infancy currently. How the government carries out the effective supervision should be the problems that need to be further solved for the public rental housing system in the theory and practice. This paper analyzes the existing problems and weaknesses in certain aspects of public rental housing in Chongqing, and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening supervision and management in the construction process.
