On Chinese Government Functions in Culture Industry Development

摘要：

In the background of cultural industry development, Government is the main driving force and key strength of the development of cultural industries. It is the basis for the promotion of cultural industries that reforming and improving government functions, integrating their own resources to address the development of cultural industries. Of the cultural industries, the functions of government are unique and play a different role in different stages of the entire cycle of the cultural industries. The government functions also are adjusted. This paper, using the life cycle theory, systematic analyzes government function in the development of Chinese cultural industries, and explores the government functions and mode of innovation, to find an effective way to play the governments performance.
