The Path Selection of Prompting Local Government Executive Power

摘要：

As a kind of government execution power, the execution power of the local government differs from that of the enterprises in that it is characteristic of being executive, authoritative and initiative. But at present, the existing problems are that some of the workers are not well-educated, lack of effective communication skills, lack of regulation of execution, the inferiority of enforcement. In order to prompt execution power, the comparative approach, system enclosed research methods are applied in the research, and this can be achieved by improving the executives quality, perfecting information communicative system, strengthening the supervision, cultivating the executive power culture of the local government, prompting the executive power of the local government.
