New Definitions of Public Goods: Review and Prospect

摘要：

New definitions of public goods differ with the neoclassical economics which views intrinsic properties as the criteria of public goods. Some scholars believe that the nature of public goods is the product of social construction; some scholars believe that the constitutional choice makes public goods possible; other scholars have proposed complete public goods is composed of publicness in consumption, publicness in decision making and publicness in distribution new definitions of public goods will not only help reaching the overall interpretation of public goods, but also help reflecting methodology, enriching research perspective and handling the issues of Chinese public goods.
