The Researching and Analyzing of Input and Output about Chinese Provincial Human Resource-Based on the DEA Model

In order to research the development of China human resource, a DEA model was built. This model is to rely on the data of China Statistical Yearbook and the DEA Theory. Subsequently, the clustering method was used to analysis the efficient factor from DEA model. Thus, Chinese provincial human resource development result was obtained. Through analyzing with model, the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese human resource were obtained. Based on these results, some suggestions for Chinese human resource development for different provinces were put forward.
