Personnel Strategies of Private Enterprises-From the Perspective of Social Network

Under the insufficient social credit and legal systems, social network in the enterprise will be of a long time existence and have impacts on the management of enterprises employment. From the perspective of the social network, this article points out the following issues: through the reshape of the network structure, the improvement of social capital stock, and he enhancement of the network construction ability of business owners, a positive role of the social network can be developed to slow down the changes to the professional management of enterprises within the interpersonal contradictions and conflicts, to achieve stability and smooth alternation of the enterprise and to improve management efficiency.
