Research on the System of Chinas Civil Service

摘要：

The civil service system in China began in the mid1980s, has experienced nearly three decades of reform and development and has been great progress. With the building of our democracy and the rule of law, the civil service is also expanding the civil service system will continue to improve. In order to ensure the civil service system going toward a reasonable direction, this paper will make analysis of the present situation of Chinas civil service system and explore the issue of the civil service system.
