The Suggestions on Accelerating the Equalization of Chinas Basic Public Services

The equalization of basic public services means that state takes appropriate policy measures to assure that different groups of citizens in different regions have equal opportunities to enjoy public services protecting the basic civil rights. In order to promote the equalization of basic public services, first of all, we must improve the public financial system and optimize financial revenue and expenditure structure. Secondly, we must encourage multiple subjects to supply public services, and build multiple participation system of public services. Thirdly, expression mechanism of the need of basic public services should be established to achieve the balance between supply and demand of public services. Finally, we must revise and improve relevant laws and regulations to adapt to the requirements of the equalization of basic public services.
