The Shaping of Civil Servants Administration Personality from the Perspective of Public Ethnics
Civil servants constitute the main body of public administration and represent social public interest. To shape the administration personality which is compatible with service-oriented government is not only the value demand of government reform, but also a practical selection to improve Chinese governments public governing capacity. Based on the background of constructing a service-oriented government, this paper probes into the connotation of civil servants administration personality, summarizes the main features, the current situation and reasons of administration personality on a variety of social governance mode from the perspective of public ethnics. In the end, the paper addresses the construction of moral economic man-oriented administration personality as well as discusses approaches of shaping civil servants administration personality.
