Transaction Costs and Choice of Local Government Regional Economic Governance Structure

摘要：

Segmentation phenomena and vicious competition appeared recently because of the rigid constraints of the administrative division, and these are seriously hampered the regional development. Firstly, under the individual rational analysis of the transaction cost and choice governance mechanism, this paper structures a theoretical analysis framework from the influence which made by economic transaction cost and administrative transaction cost and their change to the change of positionality of economic entities and local governments. By compare the difference of endogenous transaction cost and exogenous transaction cost which caused by administrative and economic activities of economy administrative region economy to Economical regional economy to make economic entities choose the optimal boundary by self. Thereby, to choose the better regional governance structures.
