Research on Grass-roots Social Management System Innovation Based on Governance Theory-A Case Study of Chengdu

摘要：

The key points and difficulties of social management system innovation lie in the basic society. Using the governance theory to analyze the urban and rural communities governing experiences of Chengdu, a revelation of the management system innovation at the basic level is gotten. In this paper, the grass-roots social management system is divided into three dimensions, the organizational system, the system of rules and the operational mechanism, each analyzed from the theoretical view of the public governance theory, and respectively explored in the multiplesubject participation, establishing regulations of cooperation and coordination, building the operational mechanism of law and response, in hopes that this work can provide ideas and references for the innovation of Chinas grass-roots social management system.
