Analysis on Contributing Factors of Risks to Affect Social Stability Caused by Urban Housing Demolition from the Perspective of Combustion Theory
Risk to affect social stability caused by urban housing demolition, is a kind of social disorder resulted from the accumulation of internal factors, the stimulation of external combustible substances, and the couplings of internal factors and external combustible substances. From the perspective of social combustion theory of social physics, the abnormal definition of public interest and rolemisplacement of governmental administration, the disagreement of interest concerns among stakeholders, and the imperfection of laws and regulations of demolition and resettlement are the typical combustible substances; unreasonable compensation of demolition and excessive interest pursuit of the party to be affected by the demolition are the combustion promoter; forced demolition and resettlement, and the stimulation of online public opinions are the firing temperature to escalate social conflicts.
