Study on Contemporary Chinese Government Emergency Mobilization of Political Pattern

摘要：

Due to the long and complex historical reasons and background, there are potential crisis and issues affecting social stability in areas of Chinese politics, economy and culture and so on. Each local crises and problems in the area could trigger a fullblown crisis, which will evolve into intense social unrest further more. Take emergency political mobilization for example, we can study on analyzing the current fundamental policy from the following aspects: construction of benign and mixed mobilization mode; diversify means and ways to mobilize; mobilization of subject diversification; strategic mobilization goals.
